Services

Everything from the
model to the wrench.

Four services, delivered by our own staff. Take one or take the set — but the guarantee only applies when we do the engineering and the install together.

Rooftop & ground-mount solar

Arrays from 50 kW to 5 MW, engineered around your roof’s structural capacity and existing membrane warranty.

  • Ballasted, hybrid and mechanically attached racking
  • Structural letter from a licensed PE, included
  • Roof warranty coordination with your membrane manufacturer
  • Utility interconnection application handled end to end

Typical range: $0.98–$1.35 per watt installed

Battery storage & peak shaving

Demand charges can be 40% of a commercial bill. Solar alone will not touch them. Storage will.

  • Load-profile analysis from interval meter data
  • LFP battery systems, 100 kWh to 4 MWh
  • Automated peak-shaving dispatch tuned to your tariff
  • Optional islanding for critical loads during outages

Typical range: $380–$540 per kWh installed

EV charging infrastructure

Trenching twice costs twice. If EV charging is anywhere on your five-year plan, it belongs in this project.

  • Level 2 and DC fast charging for fleet or staff
  • Service capacity study before you commit to hardware
  • Conduit and pad stubbed for future expansion
  • Networked billing and access control integration

Typical range: $4,200 per L2 port installed

Monitoring & maintenance

An unmonitored array quietly loses 8–15% of its output over a decade. Nobody notices until the payback slips.

  • Per-string production monitoring with alerting
  • Annual thermal imaging and I-V curve tracing
  • Inverter firmware management and warranty claims
  • Four-hour response, two-day on-site commitment

Typical range: $9–$14 per kW per year

Who we build for

Sites where downtime costs more than power

Cold storage & food processing

High, flat, round-the-clock load. The best solar-plus-storage economics in the region, and the least tolerance for an outage.

Manufacturing & light industrial

Large roofs, spiky demand profiles, and demand charges that respond dramatically to well-tuned battery dispatch.

Distribution & logistics

Acres of unshaded roof, an electrifying fleet, and a landlord conversation we have had four hundred times before.

Retail parks & multi-tenant

Shared-meter and net-metering structures sorted out at the design stage, before they become a billing dispute.

Questions

What clients ask before signing

Will this void my roof warranty?

Not if it is done correctly. We contact your membrane manufacturer during design and install to their approved attachment detail. On ballasted systems there is usually no penetration at all. We give you the manufacturer’s written sign-off before we mobilise.

What happens if the array underperforms?

Our production guarantee covers 95% of modelled output for ten years. Fall below it in any contract year and we pay the shortfall at your contracted utility rate. The guarantee transfers if you sell the building.

How disruptive is the installation?

Roof work happens above an occupied building without stopping it. We schedule around your shifts, stage materials outside operating hours, and coordinate any interconnection shutdown weeks in advance — typically a single four-hour window on a weekend.

Do you handle the incentive paperwork?

Yes. Federal ITC documentation, depreciation schedules for your accountant, utility rebates and any state programme filings are all part of the engagement. We do not take a percentage of the incentive.

We lease our building. Is this still possible?

Frequently. It depends on remaining lease term and the landlord’s appetite. We have a standard landlord package that has cleared this conversation on more than a hundred sites, and we will tell you early if the economics do not work.
